Constantine is the Executive Director of Salus Agenda. Constantine is responsible for defining the strategic and tactical direction of the organization in collaboration with the board and executive. In this role, he is tasked with developing key and strategic relationships with stakeholders, partners and clients, Formulating and setting policies, recommending and approving programs, identifying strategic partners and selecting staff. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization including the management of its financial sustainability.

He is a committed and deeply engaged leader with strong communication skills. With over 20 years of experience in various positions across the teaching field. Mr. Agbenu utilizes this firm-specific knowledge and experience in his role as Executive Director to, among other things, lead the organization and its people, help protect and enhance our culture and articulate a vision of the organization's strategy. Mr. Agbenu also uses strong communication skills to guide Board discussions and keeps our Board apprised of significant developments in our business and industry.

With his teaching and academic background, Constantine brings to Salus Agenda a proven track record of establishing excellent rapport and a productive environment with stakeholders and decision makers. He excels in bringing diverse groups together to achieve common goals. This is complemented by exceptional negotiation and mediation abilities, strategic plan development and execution skills, marketing and brand development skills and significant entrepreneurial experience and success. He leverages extensive familiarity with all aspects of the organization's industry and business, including our risk management practices and strategy.

Mr. Agbenu is a graduate of University of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, (including for Masters)



Ian is the Project Manager of Salus Agenda. In this role, he provides executive leadership in developing the organization's research and learning programs, and promotes collaboration and interdisciplinary work with strategic partners and other research and learning centers. He oversees the organization's global strategy, engagement and operations. He also assists the Executive Director in defining the strategic and tactical direction of the organization and help with the outreach strategies and fundraising efforts.

Ian's career spans the United Nations service, non-profit sector work, Business and academia. He is presently the chief executive officer for Executive Graphics Consult. Over the past decade, he has worked extensively on a wide range of socio-economic issues, including provision of services at the Population and Geographic Data section of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Geneva. In London, he provided advisory services and assisted in  the development of guidelines and assistant packages to other NGOs globally such as Gahu Dramatic Arts on the implementation of Program of Actions.

Within academia, Ian was a Research Assistant on Financial Reporting and Management Accounting at Leeds Beckett University in the United Kingdom. Ian also currently serves as the Special Advisor on Rural Project Support Network management reform. He is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including Gahu Dramatic Arts in London and Sought Haven Consult. Ian is a Santaclausian and a product of Leeds Beckett University, UK (including Masters)

Ian continues to provide advisory services to non-governmental agencies, academic institutions and civil society.



Ms. Agbenu is the financial secretary for Salus Agenda, where she oversees all finance, information technology, grants management and administrative activities. She is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Salus Agenda, and, working closely with the Executive Director, helps develop and implement the Organization's vision and strategies.

Marian joined Salus Agenda in 2017 and has held the position of secretary of finance and administration. Before joining the Organization, she worked as an administrator at Clearskies company Limited, where she was involved in a great deal of multitasking. At Clearskies, she worked with teams, oversaw the operations within the company, managed groups, coordinated with management and engaged in planning according to the needs of the company. After leaving Clearskies, she has been working for Inspiron Fasit since 2014 as the company's administrator.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
